"Order to App. I came before the estimated time. In 5 minutes behind the estimated time, I refreshed the app. The order was still in progress and I had not received an email update. I went in to ask the status. My order was on the shelf, it was on time. I did not receive an update because the staff did not update the status. The order was as expected. I live a few minutes. The food temperature would have been acceptable if the order no longer wait 5 minutes for me to ask about it."

"Sorry, but if you name your business burgers grilled right then you should hire (or train) people that know how to cook meat properly. I paid $25 for a single patty cheese burger, tater tots and a shake. Ordered it med-well, and I got a burnt on the outside, raw and cold on the inside. "I would give 4 stars just because the manager was very nice to me but otherwise, my server was in a world of her own, and as for the food, don't ever order the French onion soup, it was horrible. Also, the sirloin steak didn't have much flavor since it seemed overcooked."

"Wendy's is usually my go-to fast food place, but this special location has a very busy ride through. It's a hit or a miss when there's a line. If there is a line, ready to wait. 4 stars because how long the wait can be. If they had at least one more person, it would really be better for everyone. The staff is friendly and professional and the restaurant is very clean."
