"The tarragon chicken soup had a mixture of potatoes, carrots, celery and chicken in a clear broth. It was pretty mild in taste and served hot, ideal for rainy weather outside. I added barley and quinoa more for a dollar, which was a great option to trigger the meal without bread. For a little more tasty, try the beef and vegetables or the Indonesian chicken soup. Both were a bit too salty for my taste, but my friends enjoyed it. The line can look boring, but it moves fast. Enough with the sandwich and salad bars, the city needs more soup bars!"

"I knew Soup Plus when it was on George st. It definitely is a unique place. Great soups and homestyle food. It's nothing fancy but it's cool when you just want to relax, get away from the hussle/bussle of the city and listen to some tunes."

"I'm a baby when it comes to chili. it's hot, hot and mean. I asked for a roll with something chili and felt a little regret. the bbq was a bit thin, but overall there was a decent amount of filling. it cost the addition of tomaten and salat was a little new, but obviously you have to move with the time! suppen n rolls bbq pork mi I felt pleasantly fed but not full of afterwards, which is a great change from the ordinary afternoon ramen cum. n rolls is with momiji Japanese takeaway, behind the rathaus woolworths. view larger map tagged: banh mi , sydney cbd"

"Follow up review: despite a disappointing experience in the restaurant as noted below, Mike (owner) had sent us a follow up message to apologise and offered for damage control. To which, we really appreciate.<br>

My expectation for good restaurant would entails good food, lovely atmosphere, and thoughtful service. This Farmhouse is a very small restaurant, with only one long table available for everyone to share. Not much privacy. Jazz and candle helped with the atmosphere. <br>

At booking, I was told there will be candle prepared for birthday man. Not only they completely forgot, but when I mentioned to them in the end, no signs of genuine sorry was seen, it was a "oh I am sorry, it is $144 please". Terrible service. <br>

Entry was really lovely, main course was large, tasted ok, lots of fish bone, small but still quite unpleasant, and dessert was creative, can't say it was good.<br>
<br>
Overall, will never come back here for another celebration or anything."
