"I ordered breadsticks, 4 sodas, and I used my points to order a medium 2 topping pizza. I placed my order at 11:12 pm and the confirmation page said that I would receive my order 20 mins later, I waited 43 mins, at which time, I received a call from an employee informing me that my order would be cancelled due to no delivery drivers being available. I'm pretty sure they knew that there weren't any drivers at the time my order was placed!! Who waits until 5 mins before close to call and inform a customer about the cancellation of their order? They could've contacted me as soon as I placed the order! At least that way, I would've had time to place an order elsewhere. I'm so furious right now because I have to go to bed hungry and angry. I also used my points, so I BETTER get those points back! As a loyal customer for over 10 years, This is absolutely unacceptable!!! Not to mention that I was in accident today so my vehicle is not drivable. Therefore, I can't even drive anywhere to get food. Ugh."

"I would give zero stars if i could. First off all not sanitary. The lady used the same gloves to take phone calls, handle my debit card, touch her register and handled the food. That is gross at least change gloves if your not going to wash your hands. Secondly, my pizza was not cooked all the way. The pizza looked like it had potential but no. I will not be coming back and should have read the last review before I wasted my money here. I had a quick lunch today and wasted on this place."

"I must say I am VERY, VERY, VERY impressed with the pizza and the prices are even beyond reasonable!!! The store is always clean and the staff are always welcoming! I definitely recommend the ???? and the wings! And the KOOLAID!!!!! I haven't triedeverything on their menu just yet, however I have also tried one of their deserts and I must also say I am excited to tryeverything on their menu!!! ???? "The worst store ever to order from! I spend $65 with tip. One of the pizzas I ordered should have been a deluxe with added olives and extra cheese. What I got was an olive and cheese pizza. I spend 28mins on the phone trying to get ahold of someone. Ended up driving to the store to be told the phones don’t work! Online tracker said it was Joshua who was making my order. I find out “Joshua” is the manager and was told things happen. When people pay for delivery they should not have to drive to the store to get their pizza and still end up paying the delivery fee!"
