"We have booked in this restaurant weeks in advance to celebrate the birthday dinner of my mannes. we used pre-bought vouchers from living social and we were delighted that our children are experiencing Teppanyaki food for the first time. the lady we talked to on the phone. if we even assured us to get a Teppanyaki table, so we thought everything was set. the worst was still coming. when we went too early in a few minutes for our lunch booking, the person that met us, who we learned later, the manager, chris, seemed to be already thrilled at our arrival, although there were no single customers in the restaurant. what the dinge made worse was his persistence that we could only get an outside table and not the Teppanyaki table, as we have expressly confirmed it when we called before. he even had the nerve to tell us that this was a policy and that he could not do anything about it and that it is not her problem that the conditions of our goodwill solution were not explained to us actually he said that they did not even deserve anything from us to protect their place, as they only like the owner of kamikaze teppanyaki (the original facility from which we should redeem our goodbye to us). because our business was clearly not appreciated, we have decided to go easy after we have put our extreme dissatisfaction to express with their service. to add insult to injury, they called us minutes after our departure to tell us that there was obviously some false communication and that we could now use our vouchers to dine at the teppanyaki table when we wanted it. fat chance! we never put on madam wongs foot again and will ensure that all our friends know of our sad experience."
