"Disorganised, unharmonious staff, takes a long long time to get your order, definitely nowhere near the efficiency you expect from McDonald's. Staff training required urgently. An efficiency expert should be brought in to streamline use of equipment, treatment of customers and control of unruly school...children in the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience. As there are McDonald's restaurants in Gosnells, Kelmscott and Armadale, I'll drive straight past Maddington in the future."

"The girl serving us was great, needs to work a little on her excitement and friendliness. Our food however.nasty.save your steak if you can't cook it. Cheap mushroom sauce, gravy with mushrooms cut in. Over cooked steak and cheap dry crappy chips. Stuffed mushrooms had a strange curry trust, despite being called cottage cheese.. Overall, disappointed."

"I visit this store quite a few times a week and I always get either the the Family Seafood Platter and the Familly dinner Pack. These packs are very well cooked and always the most fresh and the best produce you can get with a great price and it is enough to feed the whole family!! The manager, his wife and the staff are always very extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming it makes me want to come back even more!"
