"This place has been renovated and seems to have changed owners and changed names to Pho 999. Unfortunately the change has not been for the better. We had Salt & Pepper Squid which was ordinary at best, it was greasy and not very tender. We also had beef noodle (rice noodle) dry soup. It was cold as was the stock /broth which is served separately. There were none of the usual condiments available on the table such as fish sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce and Hoi Sin. When we asked for these we were told they could only give us chilli sauce. It seems the new owners have tried to 'anglicize' the menu which makes identifying dishes had at other Vietnamese restaurants by their Vietnamese names difficult. Very disappointed and won't be going back in a hurry."

"Mekong on the green in Greensborough plaza. They had the new menu printed and looks cleaner and nicer. The food was ok and it is the best Vietnamese restaurant in that area. Love the marinated beef vermicelli salad. Very good."

"Had the beef pho and prawn spring rolls. Food tasted great. However for the cost, the portion size was less than other viet restaurants.I disagree with the comments about the price not being on the menu. Yes it wasn't on the menu on the wall behind the counter but it was on the individual menus available at the register when ordering."
