"I love Katsu! My family and I come here atleast once a fortnight. Friendly staff, family friendly environment and the food is amazing. My go to dish.. Spicy chicken ramen. Try it out sometime. We have never walked away from Katsu unsatisfied. Its always a pleasure."

"Unhappy customers. Went there with friends for a birthday get togather. One ordered broccoli with chinese mushrooms in oyster sauce. The boiled or steamed brocolli weren't drained properly was put in plate swimming in water. Just topped with oyster sauce that blended with water underneath and that tasted blend. Another ordered tau foo in pot, only 4 pieces of tau fu for 7 to share? Is that a joke. I think our group won't be back."

"Came here for dinner after reading some good reviews. Not sure if it was just the language barrier or whether the staff member was new but one of our dishes was forgotten. Other meals came out randomly over a period of 30 minutes so half of us had eaten by the time other meals came out. Other than that, the food was nice. Found the portions quite small though."

"Rang this place about 12 times during their supposed opening hours at dinner time over a 3 week period trying to make a booking using a voucher. No answer every time. I left several messages for them to phone me back. No one bothered their arse ringing me back. Finaly got through by phone tonight. Now they say they aren't taking anymore bookings using vouchers. <br>

Don't expect any sort of service at this place. Plenty of other Indian restaurants in Joondalup, go elsewhere!!"

"Tried a dozen or more dishes from the menu, and all have been excellent. Prompt service and large portions with plenty of meat and vegetables in every dish. It is take away and no dine in. Prices are pretty good, and usually we have been given something extra like a couple of spring rolls or something."
