"We stayed on 06 December to the nikolaustag guests in the western star. arrived we did not stunt bad what has become visual from the former xallo cook. a very beautiful facility with great warm colors. so good. the service was friendly and brought us the cards. Unfortunately, we missed the variety in the selection of the tapas, so we both decided for steak and sweet potatoes. at a price of 21.90 euro for the steak and a surcharge of 0.50 cent for the sweet potato pomegranates, as well as ketchup and for mayo 1 euro we hoped of eating a delicious food of course. the steak was ordered medium rare. here the waiter unfortunately did not know what this means. he was new, can happen. the waiting period was in order, a total of 20 minutes. when the food came in a gusseinian pan, we did not stumble badly. the sweet potatoes were also in this pan and looked partly black. the steak was then sadly also cut so that it was at some places well done and at others just medium. so the order was not as we had abandoned it. tastefully it was in order, yet we annoyed ourselves about the steak we had not ordered. still missing the crimped butter, which came immediately after responding to the service. Unfortunately, my friend discovered a piece of plastic in just that crimped butter. that was then unfortunately a little too much for a really nicely planned nikolaustag. when we got the bill and paid us a hot drink was offered as compensation. we rejected this thankfully. in a look at the bill, which I looked through again by coincidence, I now unfortunately also discovered that our steaks were bonged by 2 euro more expensive. the service apologised, but that made the evening announcing a fiasko. Unfortunately, I can only forgive two stars for this. it is still a lot of air up and the western star could score again in some changes."
