"Called in for lunch and a few beers and bets on Saturday.Place was quiet with about 5 staff on.Settled in with a beer and ordered some lunch.Food came out and was delicious,all three of us had chicken snitzel with one of us getting the parmigiano. Couldnt possibly fault the food and the welcoming service from the restaurant staff.Thats where our joy ended.The bar staff were busy on their phones and wandering around aimlessly chatting to people instead of working the bar.Trying to get a bet on was a nightmare as the staff didnt fathom that the placing of bets takes priority over all other bar service work.There was also no tab race sheets which made it difficult to know the betting codes...read more"
