"Went for a friends birthday and had the absolute worst service ever. Food was gross. The waitress spilled half our sangria while pouring it in the glass. After we ordered our food, 3 of us decided to go outside to get some air. The bouncer did not want to let us back in and we noticed that 2 of our friends that were supposed to be there for the supper had been waiting in line for over 20 minutes. The bouncer told us "we dont have proof that you actually ordered food". We told him that we'd leave and he could cover our bill and he finally agreed to let us back in. As for our 2 friends in line, they only arrived when the meal was finished and that was only because one of our friends went and yell at the manager for over 10 minutes. AWFUL PLACE! Would never recommend to anyone."

"Thanks Tim for the great service. The length of time we had to wait for our dinner was unforgivable. I'm sorry to see that the management think this acceptable. I went to the Manoir, yesterday, same owners. We had a great French Onion soup, and service, so why so different?"

"This is a run down Tim Hortons in Pointe Claire, Quebec. The owner doesn't care... Never has donuts, always smells of burnt Tim bits when you walk in and the Tim Hortons sign had letters burnt out for over 6 months. Calling out the owner... You need to give a little care, just a little."
