"Ambiance guaranteed inside the restaurant : spot of seasonal workers. The server takes care of you well doing everything to make you enjoying the diner. It is not class but the food is really good, the service is fast and festive. One point which is...not prefect is the space between the table that is too small by far."

"They usually do 2 sittings. We arrived at 7pm, by 7.30pm it was full. A lot is done on the fire, the food is wonderful, their bread also v good. We ate really well, do try the snails if on offer done not in shells but puff pastry cases that look like shells. Could not fault anything. Sadly we tried a different restaurant another evening, should have gone back here."

"We dictated in L'Alpage, which is today called Le Chalet de Candice last night of our vacation, after it was recommended by numerous locals during the week and we were certainly not disappointed. The restaurant was almost full and created a lush atmosphere, and the staff could not have been nicer. The owner/cook came around all the tables in the evening to ensure that all their meals enjoy. The meat is of the highest quality and I recommend ordering the Pierrade (Hot Stone) where you are given a plate of raw meat choices, include beef bacon and cook it yourself at your table; the accompanying Gratin potatoes were the best I tasted. Desserts are not allowed with a wide range of ice cream flavors and combinations I have ever seen on a menu! It is open at the edge of the slope and so also for more casual lunch. A must for every stay in Les Arcs"
