"Just participated in the 50p hot drink incentive, I went with 2 other friends and all of our drinks were grim. My hot chocolate was blander than bread and butter, the white hot chocolate my friend ordered was basically golden syrup and the toffee spiced hot chocolate, which was also ordered was straight cinnamon powder. It appears the staff are making the most of the 50p incentive and are now proceeding to make very bad drinks. Also, I normally find the baristas just sat around which is very unprofessional and, considering we are in a pandemic, probably not the best thing to be doing."

"A standard café in the costa in the center of lancaster. their typical selection of drinks available. lost because a recent TV program has shown costa coffee as the least amount of caffeine."

"Beautiful, qualitatiw high quality coffee on the platform to get and the room still has the feeling of the original railway waiting room. usual costa quality of coffee (good) and friendly service. not much space for the seat when they are a drink."

"For a chain of coffee shops I love costa. they were among the first to enjoy the milk alternative to their coffees that I have been drinking black coffee for years, but would enjoy a latte as tasty bites now and then, and now they can have a latte with cocos, mandel or soy milk! make them beautiful and easy for coffee with a friend. they have often made available various roasts that they do not get in many chain stores. their loyality app is worth investing too!"

"Never again, how they haven't been shut down is a mystery. The glasses of water were served in dirty glasses. The soup tasted of dish water. The place was filthy, the staff had not been taught food hygiene. The manager was super rude. Never again."
