"Yum!! Very excited to eat here! We dined in 2 nights in a row. I wanted to try the whole menu, so I'll be back one day. We loved the Choo Chee Curry. The Jungle Curry was nice but wasn't very hot. I wonder why they only serve black rice...Blue sago was delish! It would've been even better without corn and beans in it. High chairs were very uncomfortable and made my baby very upset. No back support and he was slouching down. Updated from previous review on 2022-01-07"

"This is located in a food hall first and foremost. We just wanted a restaurant setting and we’re desperately searching for Thai food. But little other choice nearby we settled on this place. Flavour was very average."

"Service was slow, we ordered takeaway and people who came in after to eat were served first. We paid $4.50 for prawn chips and got about 8 stale chips : food was okay"

"Just had dinner here with my best friend and everything we ordered was good. We had the chicken Tom Yum soup,vegetarian curry puff, steamed Jasmine rice and Pla Sam Rod. We were told that cooking the latter would take 30 minutes and we were okay with; but asked that the first 2 items should be served first, for which they did. The star deduction is because of the parking, there were only 2 spaces available for their customers and we thought of asking the server just in case there are more parking spots that we don’t know of (since we aren’t from the area); but, the server just confirmed that only those 2 parking spots are available for Suwan Thai customers and for its size, it seems unbelievable and kind of discouraging for prospective customers."

"I loved this place as omni, but it offers only one or two dishes. they are delicious, but they are better to go lotus on the street (same owners and all vegan apparently) or monsun next door."

"Tucked in a corner of Yorktown Square this restaurant is easy to miss if you are visitors to town. It offers a good selection of Thai dishes at reasonable and simple prices (for example, all main dishes, whether curries, stir-fry or salads are either $17.90 or $21.90 depending on main ingredient, while rice is either $3 or $4.)It’s a plain restaurant inside with wipe-down tables but clean and comfortable. We had a massaman curry and a stir-fry, both of which were very tasty and portions plentiful. I wouldn’t say the service was smiling and friendly (or unfriendly), just efficient and businesslike. Although the evening opening times are advertised as ‘5pm till late’, it is relatively quiet after about 8pm and empty before 9pm (or it was on the days when we were there, admittedly mid-week). It also provides take-away meals, and it is closed on a Sunday.All in all we thought it was very good and tastier than many of the Thai meals we have had."

"Amazing vegan yums. Duck pancakes and laksa are highly recommended. Love the use of black rice in the spicy fried rice, would have liked it even better if tofu is swapped to the amazing fake meats used in laksa though. The laksa is not spicy but the spicy fried rice is quite spicy! The matcha cheesecake itself is the best vegan cake for me not sweet at all and full of matcha taste, and so smooth. Probably less sugar syrup to be perfect for me as a whole, and fresh berries instead of sugar berries would be nice."
