"This was my first experience with Evandale it is the last I would say unfortunately. Really disappointed ruined my whole evening. Just ordered through Uber a pad Thai Singapore noodle Chicken karaage (chicken taken out from a garage I felt) The food was not edible at all, there was no flavour ,undercooked prawns in pad Thai added row curry powder was not mixed just couple of pieces of capsicum in Singapore noodle,(got photo proof if needed) 6 tiny pieces of chicken (hardly 1 thigh fillet) As starter, U have to train ur Chef how to do basic level of cookery or I can do a free training, The owner has to take this as a serious matter. I would never recommend this place others pls don’t waste u r money, My only request from the owner Chef is pls don’t cheat u r customers. Most of the people are aware of food these days,so we know what we eat.. Even the google recipes will help u to increase the level of quality of the food u make. I m expecting a positive feed back from the owner, Thankz"

"Had a quick last minute takeaway dinner from here,we got the dinner for two set menu <br> Everything was nice an fresh,nothing was oily or gave you that sickly taste,it was just nice and fresh<br> The satay skewers were very very good,the satay was so beautiful ,wasn't too overpowering and the beef was so soft an tender<br> The rice and lemon grass chicken was awesome, both were done really well with the chicken being soft an juicy even tho it was battered an fried<br> A good place to have quick take away if your in the area"

"We had seen this restaurant on Discover SA, tv program, and it was mentioned as having the best laksa in SA. So we put it on your to do list to visit. We spent the morning wondering through the markets and then had an early lunch as we were warned how by use this place gets. I had the Singapore laksa, and hubby had the spicy laksa, and they were amazing, perfect for a cold day. When we left at just after midday, they were lining up just to get in, and it was a Tuesday."

"Absolutely shocking bad food. We couldn't eat the food, it was so bad, the manager was quite aggressive and made us pay for food we refused to eat because of the bad quality. This place cannot be called a restaurant of any description. The manager seemed to have been through this before and was not interested in hearing what was wrong, he thought the food was good enough, so we insisted that we pay for it even though we didn't eat it. We paid and left before things escalated to a point that can cost more than $117. This is not BS history, save yourself some pain and money and go somewhere else, the reviews for this place are misleading."
