"If I could rate it ZERO I would, the worst customer service that I had received:1. I asked for two avalanche poutine.2. When I was back at home I checked the order and they gave me one of them wrong.3. I called to complain about it and they hanged up on me.4. I had to go back to the store, when they were changing my order and gave me the new one, they gave me small size when I paid for the large one.5. I had to complain again about it but they didn’t want to listen.6. I ended up asking for my money back, the guy in charge to do that was too rude, he starts yelling us like insane.7. They must to improve their hiring process and not hire violent people, zero respect for the customer and they should improve their customer service onwards."

"As always, the sandwich was amazing, and I tried the Chilli Cheese Fries this time... two words. *The Best*. Done absolutely perfectly, great portion, even distribution of cheese and Chilli. Keep up the great work, cant wait to order again!"

"Usually have AMAZING food from here, but I have no idea what happened late last night. Chicken had so much cartilage in it and my fries were so burnt it was really difficult to eat. I get the big portion so i can eat it across two meals but I ended up just throwing it out. Really really disappointing for my favorite meal."
