"Ordered a pizza to be delivered, said it would take 30 minutes. 2 hours later there was no food, so I rang the store 3 times, no answer. I actually went down to the store to see what the problem was- They were closed!! Quick enough to take my money for food that will never arrive!"

"A pretty tricky one you find and not exactly in a contrary one that you would expect but had a great lunch there on Saturday. Unfortunately, all vegan options had already gone, but he offered me some cherry tomato gnocchi, which was absolutely delicious, then explaining the process and the ingredients that I recreate to home. coffee was great. will definitely be back, maybe a little earlier next time to try the desserts!"

"I was in Manchester for a weekend, and I visited this restaurant, I entered the place was full, the staff told me that I had to wait, because I was without an appointment, of which I waited willingly, everything is fine, in short, we have seen the menu price in the norm for being in Manchester, then we booked, and I was disappointed by the waiting times of over 40 minutes for a plate of spaghetti, the room was large and the staff was friendly, but not very present because with 10 tables they could not manage them well, the cooking very slow, maybe I happened on a bad day but the service was slow, and I don't think the waitress was too sorry for the customer! normal food nothing special but ok!"

"I have put an order on just eating. this is the first time that I ordered by italian express in about 2 years and was just as good if not better than I remembered. the delivery arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled time and the delivery driver actually came to my room (it does not happen normallyl with many other companies as I live in a flat block) and came as really nicer guy. the quality (if someone asks) of the pizza is in a somewhat rare style, but is like no other pizza that they have ever tried and works incredibly well. can not wait until I can order again, good work Italian express!"

"Restaurant is lovely with a relaxed atmosphere. The pasta dishes were absolutely amazing! My mum who is unbelievably fussy said her chicken pasta was delicious and wants to come back and try more! Pizza was lovely too. Great service and great staff! Couldn’t recommend enough!"

"Not what I expected. Italian restaurant that had a very limited menu of steak, steak or steak. the white wee, which we ordered that they had run out, the apple wine ran out and to top everything we had to wait an hour or more until our appetizer is served. the personal had forgotten to enforce the order. mysteak and chips were good, but my friend ordered a well-made sirloin and it rarely came. some employees didn't know our booking when we arrived. not sure why. great location when taking part in old metford but the service, quality of food etc. was bad. I can't recommend it."

"We recently visited the family at the end of nov and dived in ask central . eating was really good, especially the tiramisu with baileys poured over the tip! maria our server was fabulous, really friendly and efficient. we feel very welcome. would ask central highly recommended."
