"As a mature age student struggling to cope with the uncharted waters of online learning, I found the Meeting Place to be a peaceful haven, an oasis in the online study dessert. It is my weekly treat to spend a focussed day of study here. At lunchtime I take a walk to rejuvenate breathing in the beautiful vistas and fresh air. The facilities are excellent, the food delicious, the service impeccable and the host welcoming and attentive. I highly recommend the Meeting Place whether for coffee, lunch or work. Visit and enjoy."

"An exceptional fine dining experience from beginning to end. Hats off to the chefs for taste, quality ingredients and specifically the presentation. We also opted for the wine pairing with our degustation. The wine pairings went well with our meals, however we would’ve loved to learn more about the history and tasting notes. Unfortunately due to restrictions being implemented the night before our visit and not to cancel guests bookings, all seatings were reduced to 2 hours with a reduced menu. As a result, we were more tipsy than full by the end of the meal but understandably, Maxwell did what they could given the circumstances. We definitely are keen to go back for the full experience."

"Travelling through McLaren Vale during the Sea and Vines Festival we came upon this Italian Restaurant. The staff were welcoming even though it was so busy, and the food was wonderful. Pizza's so authentic with crust that melted in your mouth. Very reasonably priced with a great menu including salad's and olive bread and just to make your mouth water Lamb Skewers to die for."
