"Two stars only because the pizza was actually decent. But the service was AWFUL. The guy who answered the phone, Corey, was rude, dismissive, and acted like my order was the biggest inconvenience. Heavy sighs, short tone, hung up the phone abruptly when I changed the order from delivery to pickup because the wait time was long?which was apparently such a difficult switch he needed a manager to help him and he was audibly annoyed by that. When I went in to get the pizza, his ?manager? was there. After meeting him it was clear why the employees are allowed to be so rude to customers. I explained to him I was unhappy with my service and he literally walked away. Good pizza, horrible experience. I will never be ordering from them again."
