"What a beautiful spot to stop for lunch whilst on holidays! We enjoyed the grilled Burra lunch special which was one of the best fish we had all week! Perfect view of eating on the beach and definitely enjoyed the ‘high tide’ option for the wine! Lol!"

"This Business has changed names to LOCAL FLOW but retains the same owners. We ate here on Saturday the 10th of October and the food was excellent. My wife and i are usually a bit disappointed by restaurant fare as we don't get out too much but this restaurant is the exception. We went for a variety of food so we ordered the Mezze plate as well as entree's of whitebait and crab fritters, marinated octopus and paprika barbecued prawns. we ordered a jug of the red Sangria to go with it and we were very happy with the service and the quality of the food. if you like Mediterranean food then this is a must. Will definitely be back."

"Base was a little dry and toppings were light and that comes from someone who doesn't like much pizza topping. we tried four different pizzas with the spaghetti that was the best of the loose. would try it elsewhere next time."

"We were a group of nine, from out of town. We ordered off the menu instead of the banquet and didn't have to wait very long. The food was delicious. Some meals didn't look great but they were very tasty. I had the lamb tajine which was really yummy. The semolina & citrus tart was good, but a little dry. The staff were great and attentive, but not overly so. Would definitely recommend it and when we are back at the Coast will definitely eat there again."
