"My first experience and definitely not the last! We were received by staff and Manager, greeted by name which was a wonderful personal touch that carried throughout the evening to our departure. The ambience was great with soft music and a wonderful view of Middle Harbour outside the Marina surrounds. This time, I tired the male shop and the managers (couples who own the venue) had such disregard of their customers. "We were greeted with big smiles and great service. The Big Bare burger and smoked pork ribs were amazing. Nestled between the fluffy tasty milk buns are two generous beef patties that are tender and juicy with a good beefy aroma. The caramelized onions, bare sauce, and cheese give it a good balance of sweet, creamy, and salty flavours. The shoestring fries were fried to perfection and covered in delicious chicken stock powder. Just the best burger I've ever had to this date. 8 hour smoked Pork ribs were also very tender and full of flavour. The barbecue sauce was not too sweet and gave a good tang to the overall palate. You have to try both of the above. The only letdown was the banana milkshake that tasted like banana flavoured (synthetic) not made from actual fruit. This made me bring the overall experience down to 4 stars from the otherwise fulfilling dinner."
