"We went to the Dava for dinner recently with our two boys (5 y.o & 10 mths) and we were very impressed with the meals and the service. <br>
As we entered, we noticed the sign stating no free kids meals during holidays. The kids meals are $7.50 and really generous portions; we're not complaining about paying for them in holiday periods given that kids meals are usually $10 or more elsewhere! It's an incentive for us to visit again in off-peak times.<br>
I was pleasantly surprised to see a kids' size roast of the day option (perfect for the 10 mth old) and the chicken nuggets in the nuggets & chips meal are actually fresh crumbed chicken, not the standard processed chicken nuggets usually served up.<br>
The adult sized roast of the day was more than my husband could eat and he was very satisfied. I enjoyed the Asian prawn salad very much too.<br>
The staff were fabulous, especially the young waitress who assured me that the mess made under the table/highchair was not a bother and really not the worst she'd seen. I really appreciate eating places that are cool about the mess kids can make and don't make you feel bad for dining out with your kids."

"You certainly wouldn 't 'walk on by Wok on the Bay, it was a fantastic family lunch. Food was excellent, terrific variety, and very personalised service. It 's a nice setting too, overlooking the kids play equipment and grassy area outside, no roadside noise or traffic so it was very pleasant. Service was the stand-out, outstanding and friendly. We had a great lunch on a Saturday recently for a group of 14 pax, and the outside play equipment was very accessible to the 5 kids, with floor-to-ceiling windows that allowed easy monitoring of the kids while playing once they were full. Highly recommended"

"A perfect spot for a pizza or pasta. We stopped for Sunday lunch and had a delicious, generous seafood spaghetti and a beautifully cooked lamb backstrap with cauliflower puree. Staff are attentive, friendly and efficient."
