"Good. they were very accommodating when we showed up at 9 o'clock, although they close at 9.30 o'clock the tom yum gai was brilliant, they have large portions (a curry can be divided among two people) and offer beautiful service."

"Thought we would take advantage of the Lunch Specials during the week at Newcastle Diggers today. Food is absolutely beautiful and the service is exceptional really great value particularly the $11 Lunches. Great Staff, fantastic beer and awesome atmosphere smack in the middle of the Mall in Newcastle. Easy to find, thankyou and well done Diggers."

"Don't bother! We were on holidays and staying at a hotel close by. Came for dinner and bad experience from the start. Left standing at the door way for over 5 minutes while unorganised staff flap around. Then were seated and told we could only sit on one side of the table due to COVID-19, which is incorrect. Then menus were just chucked on the table in front of us. Finally orders taken. Entrees came, both very average. Then still waiting on our drinks, while another table near us still had not been served yet and they were seated before us. We then had to ask for our drinks again, then also ask where the rice was at it had not come to the table yet. Food not good. Find another place!!!"
