"We went on a very busy night and the service was good and quick but the food was not good, sorry. 5 of us and no one enjoyed their meals. Servings were big, more is not always better. Too much cheese on the pizza. A bit pricey for what you got."

"I absolutely enjoy good, tasty Italian food. On a rainy day in Newcastle for a family catch up having heard about the food at Cielo off we went. The resturant did not disappoint. Of the meals we had were veal, pasta prawns, lasagna, pizza garlic bread. Service was friendly prices were reasonable."

"We have the number on the website to be answered by a recorded message indicating that the number was no longer in service. we have tried the online reservation option on the website and registered for the waiting list and all available bookings at 7:30. also went on and kept the only available time slot for a table of two by 8 o'clock. around 19:45 clock visited to be met by a printless employee who simply told us: “Your name is not on the list!” after he had explained that I had booked a table for two for 8 pm on their website booking service, he looked at his clipboard again and repeated himself,” their name is not on the list”. I asked if I came back at 20 o'clock, the time of our booking, when a table will be ready then. he replied, “well, I cannot see their names on the list.” it was busy, but there were three open tables for two, he offered us a chair at the front counter, to which I revered. at the end I turned my back on this sweat and went. the personal refused to confirm that we had a booking that had been confirmed by e-mail and did not attempt to teach us even though there were possibilities. I remember this situation from previous owners and it was fantastic. unfortunately we are now very unlikely to return or offer cheap reviews of the staff"

"The meat lovers I got here at midnight was done in 15minutes, which was almost too long but not quite. There was heaps of meat on the pizza and the guy remembered my name when I came to pick it up, shouting it as I came through the door. One of the best run dominos I've experienced."

"Being someone who doesn’t review often if ever, I couldn’t not review after our terrible service tonight. If you want the correct pizza don’t order from this location. Upon picking up our pizza heading home to have dinner start putting our baby down to sleep, we opened the boxes to find my vegetarian pizza was not one of the two pizzas we received. It was two meat pizzas. When we called to rectify the problem, we were told they could not deliver the correct pizza to us as we fall into The Junction area. I find this hard to believe when Islington is the suburb next to mayfield but even so, this was a mistake they should have rectified. It actually blows my mind. The manager refused was extremely rude would only offer a credit- assuming we’d ever want to order from this store again. Absolutely terrible."
