"I can tell I was always looking for Mexican food, because I love it and I’m Mexican, so I just missed my food! And it was already year and a half that I was just trying to found some good Mexican restaurants around Sydney, because all I wanted was some good quality and the most similar taste of Mexican food!! So one day I went down the street and saw that there was Mexican food, and I thought to my self let’s see if the taste is similar here; and guess what!! definitely it was the best decision I could make, because the food was literally the same taste that I never had in my life here in Australia!! (Especially the enchiladas). I loved the service, too fast, lovely owners, the place super clean and beautiful decoration, in short was wonderful!!! So it makes me happy because finally I found a great place to eat Mexican food and the best part of this is that I felt at home when I got there. Definitely the people and the vibe that you can feel in this restaurant was bringing me the best memories from México and I think that’s the most important thing that you have to get it. Just feel like in home. I close this review saying in my personal opinion that if you want to try Mexican food, go here because the enchiladas are the most delicious I've ever had. Atte: Diego Issa"

"There's always a queue at this place at lunch so they must be doing something right. I've eaten there a number of times now ranging from chicken and steak burritos to burrito bowls and nachos. Personally I like the burritos and they are quite packed. For 11 bucks for a regular size its a solid meal but sometimes I find myself wanting a bit more. That said I can't really fault it besides neglecting some sauce the last time on my steak burrito. (More sauce is available self serve so not a huge deal)"

"Mad Max Chains vary in size and quality. There is little consistency (trust me I’ve been to many) and the size changes. It just does. My burrito at this chain was small and cold. Don’t go here!"

"When it comes to fresh Mexican done fast, then look no further than Mad Mex. One of the differentiating factors for me is that the tortillas are never soggy unlike a certain other Mexican franchise : Highly recommend the Quesadillas! Note: Management was nice enough to share some discount offers for the next visit!"

"Moaning over here, while eating delicious Mexican food cooked by an authentic Mexican. We've gotten Mexican food in Australia before and it isn't legit. All I can think is that the less than stellar reviews on here must have come by people who don't know Mexican food. Excuse me, going to get another taco."

"Popped into Mad Mex for a quick and easy dinner. They have burritos, nachos, quesadillas and desserts like churros. Hubby and I got the bare bowl. A bowl of rice, beans, meat of your choice (pulled pork, beef, chicken), lettuce, cheese, tomato, salsa (mild or spicy), sour cream. It was easy and tasty. Service was fast. It was also cheap as they accepted the entertainment voucher :)

"The place was small, and I ordered tacos and buritos for my fast meals. Surprisingly, the cashier gave us the wrong change and even argued until long explanation that we had to insist that they gave us the right one without excuse. one was once again that the staff did not give us the additional guacamole until we had to remember them again. bad bad service."
