"Tasty food! Cool atmosphere!<br/>If you like a dark little bar, the Curtin is the place to go. Staff are super friendly, serving size of the meals are perfect. Chicken Parma is a fave followed closely by the calamari. The new kitchen are doing an awesome job!!"

"The food was fantastic. Wonton soup had 5 large wontons. Hot and sour soup was chock full of meats and shrimp. We had dim sum, which was fresh and good, but value for the money wasn't the best. $5.80 per plate is too steep, especially for some of the items on the menu. Graduated pricing would be better."

"Well this underground temple to meat promised so much. The dark, Moody atmosphere and friendly service lifted my expectations. The waiter suggested the burnt bits as an entree which is the extra charred ends of the meat. It was rich, fatty and rather good but way too heavy. I couldn't finish it. For main I had the brisket which again was very heavy but half was way too dry. Again I couldn't finish it. For a meat specialty house, it just missed the mark."

"Tripadvisor brought us here and we were not disappointed. Terrific steak. The lady who attended to our table was so accommodating and I just watched her in amazement as she so expertly floated from table to table taking care of all her customers. We didn't have our steak with their famous Monkey Gland sauce but bought some back with us 1.5kg ... which happily flew back to the Gold Coast with us. Couldn't resist getting some ... delicious! Poor monkeys though! (although no monkeys were harmed in the making of it!)... just a kooky South African name!"
