"Very slow. Hamburgers are all messed up, over the lace and missing orders. There was a family before us that was so mad they sped out of there. Customer Service given -100/5 the cashier was very rude and inconsiderate. Food given 1/5 only slightly good thing was the chips. Apple pies looked like they had been bitten into. Definitely not worth it and won’t be coming back soon. Not impressed."

"All the staff in the restaurant were extremely rude and inefficient. The staff at the counter just ignored us when we were the only customer waiting in line. We ended up ordering on the phone. Then a middle aged woman yelled at us from the counter instructing us to pick up the coffee from another counter and making rude comments. Worst ever staff I've seen at Macca!"

"Had luch here and was pleasantly surprised by it. Had toasted sandwiches and coffes and cake. It's basically an upmarket mc cafe for hipsters but had everything we wanted. Would go again."

"Good little spot has a playground and you can enter McDonald's from Parramatta Road or Croydon Road from parramatta Rd and take the first left follow all the way and you will see the big McDonald's for the back entrance. Can be a busy spot, but be patient . Good service."

"I fo not know why I continue to go to this place, I guess its local and when shopping at kmart its easy to pop in. The staff here are useless, you never get what you ordered and last night I stood there for over...10mins waiting for 3 sundaes whilst staff just walked around. Upon approaching the counter to ask about said food I had 3 staff members actually walk right past me. Absolutely disgusting place to attend."

"Because we travel by car regularly,we have tried stopping at McDonald's at places enroute. However I have never enjoyed at other venues. The Mcdonaldsat St Ives is always very fresh and served hot. Their French fries are delist,whereas at other places they are not so good"
