"We dined on Saturday night the 14th. We arrived on time and left 2 1/2 hours later. Service was extremely slow. We ordered the small seafood tower, which arrived at the table about 30 minutes after we ordered it. The lobster was delicious but the tower was very over priced for what you got. One lobster tail that was split in half, 4 large shrimp and two small portions each of ahi and lump crab, plus 2 small lobster claws. We asked for a smaller shell cracker and they didn’t have one. The one we were given was way too big to crack the lobster shell. We also asked for a small fork to help pull out the lobster meat (because we were having a hard time getting it out) and was told we would get one right away. It never came. Also when the main course came to the table the server had to ask which plate went where. The steak was delicious and the side dishes (brussel sprouts and asparagus) were underwhelming. Again the service was noticeably and painfully slow. There was no apology or acknowledgment that the food was slow coming to the table. All the tables around us had to wait forever to get food. My speculation is the restaurant was understaffed or made too many reservations. The restaurant was packed wall to wall the entire time we were there."

"It was a special event ?birthday? and we received good service but when the sirloin steak we ordered came we found it was rotten. Was told that?s the second time it?s happened today. No apology nothing! I understand things happen but after the secondtime we should received at least an apology recount something! Not happy! I do want to thank the management for not charging usfor the rotten steak????????"

"Fantastic experience here. I loved everything. Their seafood tower was spectacular, and the sauces to accompany each fish were delicious. Their sides were absolutely mouthwater and excellent with each main dish. Excellent fillet. That was a great place to celebrate my husband's birthday. Absolutely. Note, it is expensive, so prepare your wallet, Lol"

"We had a wonderful meal. The place was clamped, the hostess was wonderful, explained that they were booked, but we could sit anywhere in the bar, including the outer surface. Our server was Karli, she was crazy. She never missed a beat with us. Service was on site, food was excellent . Loved about faith. We will return"

"Dinner was great! 1 bone in fillet, 1 regular fillet were very good. Bone in rib-eye 22 oz…. Not 22oz… thin, overcooked and tough. Sent it back immediately and got a perfectly cooked fillet. Side dishes were very good Brussels, Mac and cheese an mushrooms. For the price, steaks need to be spot on. Great Waitress!!!"

"The food was pretty good. Steaks were cooked close to how we asked. Our server, however, was not good at all. Very inattentive. I asked for Bleu Cheese dressing on my salad and my wife asked for Ranch. When he brought the salads it appeared hers had NO dressing on it so she asked him and he smugly replied it IS RANCH, I promise you! Would you like MORE? She said no and he asked her if we wanted ground pepper. We both said yes. He put pepper on hers but then just walked away! She took one bite of the salad and SHE HAD MY BLEU CHEESE SALAD and I had her ranch! He never came back to the table to check anything so I had to flag him down and ask for salt and pepper (we had none on the table for some reason). Another runner delivered our food. He never came to check to see if it was to our liking. Very aloof... As we were there I witnessed several other groups get seated, order, eat, and leave while we still waited for our dinner. Our drinks were finished and and never asked if we wanted another. Just really bad service. We have dined here many times and always enjoyed it. Last night was very disappointing."
