"I am very disappointed. Me and my friend ordered a chicken deluxe and a Angus beef burger. Upon opening the product I found a short curly hair in my burger and my friend was missing the bottom bun on his chicken deluxe. We walked 20 minutes to get our food. We then phoned the McDonald’s Palmerston and they said to put our lunch in the fridge and bring it back next time you come to the McDonald’s so they can give us a new one. This is absolutely disgraceful service. We took photos of the burgers missing bun and hair and have proof. We will not be walking 20 minutes back just to get another burger. Do not go to these McDonald’s as they are a joke, almost every-time we go there they are joking about. Terrible service. Terrible food."
