"We ate here just about every other day during our 4 week stay. What we loved most, was the great service and friendship of our exceptional server, Carlos. Whoever owns this restaurant should make Carlos a partner, because he really brings a lot of business, he is really charismatic. The food here is really tasty too- there is something for just about everyone, with some Canadian/American staples (delicious chicken soup, pancakes, french fries), but also some really great Mexican food, using nice fresh ingredients. The Fish in Garlic sauce was exceptional!Environment was nothing fancy, and the music sometimes too loud, but the staff are really friendly and willing to accomodate. Also, there is a (free) neon green big parrot that hangs out outside the restaurant. Very exotic!"

"We ate breakfast here one morning after a recommendation from friends. I think we must have walked past it many times without noticing. The food was very good, and the prices were low. We saw many people that appeared to be workers from the marina coming in for breakfast or carry out. The employees only spoke Spanish but it's really not all that hard to order breakfast in Spanish. Very attentive and friendly service. We've stayed in the Marina for several trips and finally found this gem."

"While checking out the colorful wall-mural and the river as well - in the adjacent locale about 1/2 km away - we were just coming across the bridge and we saw this restaurante-bar. It was a little after 1 pm, and the owner and his sons were just opening the doors and putting out the specials on the board outside. So, we all decided to go in and try the food and drinks. The owner had a a few specials posted outside, so we ordered the fish and shrimp tacos and the margarita special as well. WOW, were we surprised when he served us the cold margaritas served in the ice-cold glasses and the 3 HUGE tacos per plate served along a vegetable medley next to the tacos. Every thing that we had, was so good and we were so relaxed and comfortable - we even ordered another round of drinks as we sat and talked among ourselves as well as the restaurante owner too. We also watched some sports that the owner had on the TV screen above - and there was a dance music video-mix playing in the background too.The prices were nice and easy and a great compliment to the large portions of very tasty food along with the cold margarita drinks on such a hot day in June! If you can, be sure to check this sleeper restaurante bar out when in PV Centro - not far from the Three Hens and a Rooster building."
