"I wasn't there to order, was simply waiting for my ride, but it was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. In front of customers one worker spent the majority of the time complaining about his fellow coworkers and job. He was very loud, often cursing and using slurs (specifically ableist slurs in regards to some of his coworkers). I work in good service myself and have dealt with poor management before so I completely understand that it can be very hard and frustrating but voicing this frustration in such a manner in front of customers at that is completely unacceptable."

"I have made a few time sensitive orders and never have had an issue. I usually talk to the manager the day before. Give them the number of pizzas and the location, and they have yet to let me down. The pizzas have been great. Every time I order, it is for a group of about 30-40 kids. I have had a couple families actually ask where the pizzas were from because their kids keep asking for it. In addition, they usually have brought some paper plates and napkins, which makes planning a lot easier."
