My expectation for good restaurant would entails good food, lovely atmosphere, and thoughtful service. This Farmhouse is a very small restaurant, with only one long table available for everyone to share. Not much privacy. Jazz and candle helped with the atmosphere. <br>

At booking, I was told there will be candle prepared for birthday man. Not only they completely forgot, but when I mentioned to them in the end, no signs of genuine sorry was seen, it was a "oh I am sorry, it is $144 please". Terrible service. <br>

Entry was really lovely, main course was large, tasted ok, lots of fish bone, small but still quite unpleasant, and dessert was creative, can't say it was good.<br>
<br>
Overall, will never come back here for another celebration or anything."

"A lovely neighbourhood place with delicious wine and food. Standouts were the kangaroo tartare and the creamy buttery sauce of the pork loin. The bottle of chardonnay from Tassie was also a banger. Would be even better if some dishes had a bit more food, but that's just because I'm a pig."

God I love this place....we started off freezing outside on the chairs...almost about to leave because of the draft...then Christine appeared with blankets and a beautiful warm smile!! "Had the best time!! Went for their bottomless brunch on Saturday, such amazing value! $75 for all you can drink sparkling wine, mimosas, bellinis, 4 course sharing menu. The cod dip with pork scratchings was so good, the scrambled eggs were creamy and delicious and chorizo dish with mash the perfect winter dish and how can I forget the chocolate tart!! Heaven! To top it off, service was spot on, ambience just great. Highly recommend! Perfect place to go with a group of friends. We shall be back!"
