"If you don't want to pay a fortune and need a quick fish and chips fix this is a great place. My wife and I shared a single serve of Snapper and Chips and it was plenty for both of us and well cooked. The...price was $10 and for another $2 you could have a soft drink or fruit juice. So for the price a pretty cheap meal. This place is not a flashy or up market restaurant just a good down to earth fish and chip shop."

"Fish was crispy and the fresh cut chips were awesome! My 2yo are a bunch of them. The service was great and the waiting time was short as we are the first in line. The portions were big and although there was a slight increase in price, I'm going to say that it's still good value for us! We ordered the family deal (4x fish 4x crabstick and loads of chips) at $33."

"Just Picked up our usual order and the fish with the minimal amount of chips was great as usual. But the difference being that the minimum amount was $3 now $4 that's OK things go up. But when the price goes up and the quantity...goes down you've got double dipping."

"Size worst over ever seen from a fish and chip shop and I tried a great variety of shops north and south of the river! the amount of chips could not even feed a person, although we 2 seperate meal times and the chips that were given very hard, where absolutely horrendous"

"Worst ever!! My sister and I were looking forward to our fish and chips lunch Haven’t bought from here for quite a few years, my usual fish and chippy was closed The chips were from last week and so salted that I am sure the salt was the preservative The gravy was all dried and crusted around the top of the gravy My sister wanted the scallop the size of a 10c piece! The crab stick looked dry and anorexic The potato scallop was a jaundiced disc that dripped oil And now the fish … very dry, wafer thin with the batter drooping off Over all a really unpleasant lunch and an experience I don’t want to go through again Beware anyone who reads this I hope it’s before you have bought your lunch from here because there is BETTER and CHEAPER in Rockingham"

"After seeing all the reviews we still decided to give it a go. Mistake! The fish was lovely, the chips needed more cooking and the potato scallops need to be thinner so they cook all the way through, and NO pineapple fritter as ordered. On a positive note the guy taking orders was polite and the order came out on time."

"The best chips, not the frozen, dry chips they find elsewhere. brings me back to my youth in Britain. they get it wrong again and again, but we are ready to take a slimmer because they can be so good when they get it right."
