"We had dinner here on Mon 4th Sept. The food was fabulous. But what struck us was how efficient, professional and helpful the staff was. We were served by I believe Abigail B, and she was very sweet, double checking everything, passing messages from the kitchen and even handled my revised burger order with poise and great cordiality. Well done Abigail and team. We are from Melbourne and you guys were truly refreshing after a few days of not-so-friendly mannerisms !"

"I visited Outback Steakhouse on a Friday night with two friends. We tried to make a booking, however were told they do not accept reservations. Luckily we arrived early at 5.30pm so we were seated immediately near the bar, however the couple after us, were told there would be a 45 minute wait. Our waiter for the night was very friendly, however we did feel a little rushed throughout the night, as if they wanted us in and out as quickly as possible. I ended up ordering the 'No rules' burger, which was a beef burger in which you could choose from a list of ingredients to add. I asked for the egg and pineapple on the side, however these were left off my order when it arrived. Soft drinks are also $5.95, however they offer free refills after you purchase your first glass. I thought this was a good idea, however our waiter never offered the free refills, and we constantly had to ask. I was too full for dessert, however my friends' dessert, looked great. Overall the burger, drink and dessert were reasonably priced, however my meal wasn't correct. Due to the business and inability to make reservations, I'm not sure if I would go again."

"The steaks weren't cooked how we asked, all the food was 2out of 10 very disappointing. They had heaps of staff on but the staff were to busy huddled in the corner talking. After trying to get the bill 3 times I went off at the manager / owner in front of other people and not even that got the bill to us. Finally we decided to walk out , they got the bill to us then. Absolutely hopeless service."

"Very well cooked and tasty kebabs...above all, the customer service is excellent...though we arrived at nearly closing time, girls at counter served us with welcoming gesture and nice smile...we tried charcoal grill plate and chicken snack pack...meat was tender and yummy...it’s part of a small food court located in Stanhope gardens village centre...has plenty of parking and good Seating arrangement...recommended!"
