"On 14th February at 8:10PM, I ordered one salad, one pasta dish and a bottle of water for home delivery. I got my food at 11:15PM! When ordering the food, they gave me 1 hour and half waiting time. I accepted even though I thought...is quite exaggerate (had no more options for dinner). At 10:20PM, I called again to ask about my food and after more than 2 hours, I was told my food is still in the restaurant and that I will have it after another 35 min which finally were much more. My 3 years boy, got to bed with cookies and snacks as a dinner because he got asleep before we had our ordering from this restaurant. I told them that I have a little boy waiting for the food and their answer was: “I hope you can understand us that is 14th of February and we had lots of orders” Really? Do they know that I don’t care about their orders and that I really care about my kid’s dinner? If somebody in charge of this restaurant is reading clients’ feedback, I allow my self to give them an advice: SAY NO TO THE CLIENT WHEN YOU ARE TOO BUSY! Would be much better instead of ruining someone’s dinner and also losing one client. I, certainly, will never repeat eating in nor home delivery from Fabio pizza! And is a pity, because the salad was really nice."
