"I stumbled across this little jem a few weeks ago while visiting grafton for the day. I stoped in with my daughter and enjoyed a yummy hot chocolate and a delicious toastie. Such a great vibe and atmosphere. Two thumbs up. Lovely waotress/barista/cook ! :)"

"The customer service here is horrific! the dame behind the register too midday was extremely rude and turned to me and my daughter. my daughter quieted her newborn and the same woman made a point to bring her to the attention of the other staff in a way that she did something disgusting and should not have been in public. I asked politely whether it would be possible for her to make a chicken caesar salate. she then pulled out a piece of paper, pulled a circle and pointed out that this is a pack. then she pulled a bigger circle and said that is a Caesar salad. this salat does not fit on this small pack in an unnoticed Russian and sarcastic ton. absolutely horrific customer service I would not recommend this business to my worse hostile and strongly discourage others from visiting."
