"Visited a few times. Loved the experience. The young lady organised for us to watch Bombers Adelaide on the big screen with minimum of fuss. Went back for tea last Wednesday night to return the favour, and all very happy with our meals. Just a nice, spacious, friendly user friendly establishment."

"I suppose the only reason for eating in a hotel rather the restaurants is to save money and maybe to catch a bit of music or atmosphere. Well it certainly saved us money but there was little atmosphere. The food was tasty pub food and everything looked clean and obviously popular"

"Nice place in Townsville. We had trout wontons, goat cheese gnocchi, prawn okonomiyaki, beef steak and duck breast. Everything was very tasty, but the wontons were highlight for me. Gnocchi were not my cup if tea (but these were my partner's choice). Steak was fantastic. Very friendly staff (the guy from Greece was so nice). Pleasant atmosphere. Why not 5 stars: too much ice in our drink, cold and dimmed interior. Otherwise recommended for nice dinner. (Visited Sep 22)"

"Appauling services. Not a busy Thursday night. Tok 45 minutes to have food delivered 30mins for garlic bread. Which was burnt and hard. When asked why so long for food. Was told not sure. Wouldn't recommend this place Price per person: A$40–60 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"I really liked this place. It certainly has a novelty factor with the 'tap and pour as you go' feature, yet there is much more. The beers are fine and well presented. The staff there were courteous and most professional. We got a demonstration of how use the pour yourself feature and the place is ambient and in a a really good location. Will definitely return. Thanks TapHouse, we are really pleased we stopped by."
