"Amazing building! Loved chatting with the lady in the gift shop about the history of the Lemp Mansion/Brewery and of St Louis. The Sunday dinner was amazing! It was so much food to list but bring your appetite! Can't wait to go back!"

"The staff is AMAZING! So friendly, helpful, can't say enough about you all! I have been going to crowns since as long as I can remember. At the age of 13 I started working there and stayed for 5 years. To this day the same waitresses I worked with 22 years ago are still waiting tables today. You girls are the best, emma and denise! The menu hasn't changed much. Still serving the heart stopping BLT, Turkey Special, and all the other favorites. Of course i can't forget to mention the famous homemade hand dipped ice cream. Every flavor is my fave!"

"One of the best bars in Soulard. They always have great music and food. Bartenders are friendly and fast. The owners are also very nice people. They also have a great outdoor area with outdoor bar. I always have a good time here."

"Nice neighborhood food joint. I know there are a few of these around the St.Louis area but I ate at this one recently and had a 14 ounce ribeye special cooked medium rare of course with a loaded baked potato, salad with blu cheese dressing and Guiness (nectar of the gods). All was good, service, food and atmosphere."

"This was our second time at Thea, taking our son and his wife. They ordered the arancini since she's from Tuscany, and even with her high bar, they loved it. My wife had the pasta with seafood and really enjoyed it . Our son had ordered the veal Milanese but missed the last one, so chose the chicken Milanese and gave it high marks. We shared an orange cheesecake and coffee, all of which were generous and very flavorful. The only glitch in service was they were short of chilled white wine "buckets", so we ad libbed with good old ice around the (byob) bottle. Otherwise, our server and trainee took great care of us."

"First time back since I was a wee kid. Had the turkey bacon melt. Delicious. Ordered a butterscotch shake. Save room for their shakes and malts. Big portion. I tried their chili and it's an unsung hero in the kitchen. Very tasty and I think I'll have that on my next visit."
