"We phoned the order in and were told it would be ready at 2000, we then got a call back to tell us it would be 2015 as it was a large order, not a problem as it is only a short distance away. (Meze for 4 plus some add-ons). When we got there we had to wait over 30 minutes longer, whilst listening to the cook telling us that he had to do it all on his own as 4 members of staff had called in sick. No offerof an apology or a sweetener, a drink while we wait or suchlike. When we got the food home, only 2 miles, it was largely cold. Chips were only half cooked, soggy and tepid. Very poor selection of food, despite paying over £90. I will say that the Kleftiko and Lamb Chops were good but the chicken was cold and dry, as were the prawns in the same package. Some small cubes of beef were included which were cold and tough. Pittas hadn't even been warmed up. Hardly any salad but 2 large portions of tasteless rice. Tzatziki was good but just as well that we ordered extra. Friends have reccomended the Efes to us in the past so we thought we would finally give it a try but we won't be going back. There is a similar restaurant about a mile away which scores far better in our view. Totally disappointed, also by the lack of response to our messages."

"The groupon offer on Sunday would be a few times, but not on Sunday before and wow! eat as always fantastic! my partner at the first time and he loved his, I had Calamari-Starter and on Sunday the mixed roasted, only on the bottom is the service fee automatically to the final bill for the extra drinks that contain arnt in the price paid on croupon can hang up a bit. I would give in the rule type anyway, but the service fee will put them out, give extra tips. So only reason for 4 stars is the service fee if they have allegedly paid all ready via groupon for the meal etc."
