"We come here almost every week to eat as we love the food. But when we went to get take away the server at the counter refused to give us a take away container which has never happened to us before with the other server that we normally see. My son had his own separate wings that weren’t eaten as he wasn’t feeling hungry. The lady was very frustrated with us asking for a container and wanted to make sure she packed our food instead of us doing it. she chucked out the small piece of rice and chips my son had on his plate along with a small piece of chicken just to make sure we only took my sons wings home which was the Chinese burbon. My husband got all you can eat wings and I got the 16 pieces with rice and chips on the sides I shared my chips and rice with my son. I had one piece left but she refused for us to take that one piece left over I’m assuming because she thought it was from my husbands meal. If the chefs weren’t such nice people I would have told my husband to ask for more wings and leave it there to go to waste. But we left. Every time I see that lady she is just negative and not a pleasant person to be around. I’m not sure if it’s a racial profile issue because I am Polynesian but it was very unnecessary and unfortunate. I will be coming back but I will also confront this if it happens again. I am giving 1 star because of the server."

"This is a must to stop while you are in the Gold Coast. Excellent food and serving. Very accommodating and made sure we had the best time. Belinda the manager was amazing and very nice to us while we were here. 10/10 would recommend"

"They read the QR code and get the menu on their phone, what I really like, workers bring the food. they were all very friendly. not many vegan options in the menu may salate, not checked, but what we have eaten, we have enjoyed. the vegetarian gyoza was really nice."

"Some parts of the steak was burnt and tough Gave me the bread’s butt (the end part) and very hard Pepper sauce was too strong But the mushroom sauce was okay The manager who is 160cm was very rude and spilt water on our table but didn’t apologise or wipe it… But the tall waiter was very nice Oyster was good and fresh Cauliflower was okay"

"A group of eight of us arrived for dinner and the food was great, simple pub food. all the meals arrived in a timely manner. the drink were cold and great place for dinner after being at the Gold Coast 600. only 2 stops on the tram from the hotel where we were staying. jump back on the tram 2 stops and back to the hotel"
