"This quirky cafe, with it's crochet blankets, mish-mash of fine crockery and home-made cakes, makes for a restful pitstop whilst touring through the Barossa. Service is good and comes with a smile and the prices are very reasonable :). Well worth breaking your trip for a stop."

"We loved our gin tasting experience at Maggie Beers. It’s a build your own cocktail adventure, you’re completely guided and all of the delicious ingredients are explained to you. We made 3 cocktails and loved everyone on them. Great value and great fun"

"After a mediocre visit to Harvest Kitchen in December, we decided to give this place another try. Sadly, I don't think we'll be back.We were greeted by a snooty waitress; we sat at our table for over 10 mins with no menus or water (despite requesting them); the portions were small and overpriced. I ordered the chickpea tagine ... for $24 I would expect more than a couple of table spoons of food. My husband ordered the pork belly. At $28, his meal was very overpriced... he only received 3 small bits of pork.We tried the wines at the tasting area. They needed more than one person at the tasting desk because we waited a very long time. We decided to order a glass of wine with lunch ... at $28 a glass it was not cheap!!!Overall I can't help but feel that this is an overpriced tourist trap. It's such a shame because it's a great concept, but the execution is lacking."
