"Actually all of these questions are n/a in my case. Even though i had made a booking for my friend myself for a buffet lunch also received a confirmation reminder email, we got there only to find out that they had no booking for us! There was a private function happening restaurant was closed for the general public. We were told by the lady in charge that they do no do lunch buffets the buffets are for dinner only which starts at 5:30pm! This was the worst experience inconvenient as then we had to look around for an alternative place to eat. Their website needs to be updated as misleading the public accepting bookings for a lunch buffet, when it no longer exists, is highly unacceptable."

"I went there on a Saturday afternoon and the place wasn’t too busy. I ordered a dosa and the lady was too quick to establish that it was a take out. I mentioned that I am going to have it here. She was rather rude and pointed me to a table saying that’s the only single table we got (felt like being shamed or something for dining out alone? Lol). I didn’t mind much and went to the table and realised the people who got after me were given water but not me. Also, the “only lonely table” was in the far corner where I could just see kitchen people working. Anyway, I decided to change it to a take out instead and went to the reception. I did stand on a side and the lady was like can you come back in 10 mins as your order would take time. I was really surprised and went to get a coffee from next door instead as I didn’t want to stand outside. A piece of advice for the owners most people on weekends go out to eat to have a good time/vibe not just to fill their tummies (at least I don’t). This place definitely doesn’t offer that so I would rather go to a nice cafe than this place! I have attached the pic of my take out dosa which was pretty average!"

"I went in this restaurant yesterday with my daughter as I was after some sweets they kept in the front fridge.I stood there in front of an employee chatting on the phone,I waited and then signaled to him by pointing at the fridge,he looked at me and continued his conversation on the phone and disregarded me completely.We ended up leaving after not being served.That is NOT how you treat customersI definitely won’t be visiting again!!"

"Awesome food and customer service. Very courteous and polite staff. Been there many times and also ordered food for delivery. Everytime delivery is on time. Will surely recommend this to all my friends. Going back again this saturday with friends."
