"My partner and i were looking for dinner before a movie one night and we stumbled upon this restaurant, having not experienced much thai culture at that point we were a little timid, after our meals arrived however we couldnt believe what we had before us.The greatest bowl of noodles i have had in a very long time. I say this now sitting before an empty plate after my 4th return to the restaurant this week. I highly reccomend for all adventurous patrons of toowoomba, put this place on your map, you wont regret it"

"Enjoyed a meal at Tom Collins this evening - thoroughly totally enjoyed the experience Would be easy to wax lyrical about TC there was not one thing that wasn't 5 starI love pork belly - enjoyed many meals at many establishments across the country Nothing / nowhere comes close to the meal I enjoyed at TC tonight - perfection Presentation, execution- not one minus on the plate, perfectly cooked -,wonderful array of beautiful varied vegetables - this meal had wonderful flavour in every component on the plate - kitchen take a bow.I'll be marking this Pork Belly meal down as the best I've ever enjoyed - 5 star is a gross misrepresentation of just how good this meal was."
