"A pretty popular lunch place in Wynyard station. Using fresh ingredients and no MSG that is at least what they advertised). The Vietnamese baguette is pretty good. Rice paper rolls is a hit and miss. Sometimes they are dry and hard tasted like they were made the day before."

"We went here with some friends after attending a gallery opening in paddington. The staff quickly seated us and we ordered almost immediately. The food came quickly although they did get our order wrong. We pointed this out and what followed was a disagreement although basically it was a miscommunication . Once we were served the correct food we were so disappointed! The servings were miniscule. The beef cubes were so tough they were impossible to eat. The other dishes were fatty and without substance. $200 including wine left us hungry and regretful."

First step to start my dream is learn how to good cook and experience to know about food such as how to choose good food and how to taste food. I start my first job at Vietnamese Restaurant about 2 years. Then I worked at another Restaurant 2 years. I updated my knowledge about cooking by read cooking book, watching Cooking show , searching online . One year before I open this shop, I did find out my own recipe about Vietnamese food which is all people love to eat such as: Bread Roll ( banh mi), Beef noodle Soup ( Pho), Pork Chop Rice (Com Tam), Noodle Salad (Bun), Fresh Rice Paper Roll (Goi Cuon)....

His "produce is freshly sourced", serving sizes "have to be big" and he has a keen sense of bringing value to his customers without compromising on the traditional authentic flavors of Vietnamese Cuisine!ENTREE:Sauteed Corn with dry shrimps isn't something I would normally order but I trusted Trung's recommendation and the crispy corn and pungent sundried shrimp combination is quite addictive with soft bursts of soft centred corn. Very new combination for me.WINTER MENU:I had to try the winter menu, as Trung tends to change it seasonally and my goodness! On a cold day like today, the MEEKONG BEEF STEW was a hearty spectacle with a rich yet not too heavy broth and egg noodle with slight Mediteranean seasoning mixed through the usual Vietnamese accompaniments of bean sprouts, mint, Lemon & fresh chilli. I highly recommend this comfort dish!!!MAIN:The VERMICELLI NOODLE SALAD has is perfectly balanced with the mix of noodles, mint, carrout, sprouts, home made fish sauce with a warm stiry fried pork and spring rolls. The ratio of the ingredients is so carefully done each ingredient gets its moment as you work your way through each component or toss it through.Trinkets of Vietnam adorn the venue with beautiful feature mirrors through out, a great space for any occassion there is also a wheelchair lift making it very friendly and accessible for all! Comfort Food, Warm Service & a welcome from the owner as if you are stepping into his home, be prepared for a great meal out where it is impossible to leave unsatisfied!"
