"Very tasty but mostly healthy food eatery. They have clean bathrooms and a clean layout. Not large enough for big groups but small lunch time gatherings or wish votes with friends. Even their entrees are served in under seven minutes. They also have a pick up and go selection of sandwiches and fruit. The curries are delicious. Parking is very limited and they are not super close to transit. Still a great place to have as non fast food place."

"First arrived at the Patterson and was a bit apprehensive about ordering my takeout meal. The carpets were filthy and torn, the stainless steel hot tray counter was greasy. The windows were dirty. I looked past this and ordered the combo , chicken fried rice, beef chop suey and sweet and sour pork. When I got home I found there was next to nothing of chicken and the fried rice was greasy. The beef chop suey had 2 pieces of beef with some gay lan, celery and a few button mushrooms. The serving of sweet and sour pork contained 6 small pieces of crunchy deep fried pork. I tried to eat the meal but it was so disgusting I had to throw it away. There is no excuse for this Chinese food in Vancouver. STAY AWAY"
