"This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had post covid. I value this chain highly but the first time visiting this venue, we ordered food but waited for an hour only for one of our dishes to get delivered to the wrong table...where the man said it’s ok I’ll keep this one even though it was different to what he ordered minutes later they came back and took it off his table saying sorry this is someone’s else’s steak, to then delivery it a few minutes later to our table to which I asked is this the steak you just removed from that table, they said no it’s fresh, how ever I believe they lied as the steak was cold and didn’t seem no where near as fresh. They insisted it was fresh but I wasn’t convinced. For our inconvenience they did take the drinks and pudding off our bill which was a plus but if it was fresh why did they need to? I’m really disappointed with the service at this venue."

"We came here for Christmas dinner. table was booked for 1.30 o'clock we sat and ordered our drinks, our 1st courses came about 15 minutes later. all were beautiful. 2nd curs came about 25 minutes later. again, eating was excellent. then we decided to wait for our desserts. more drinks and chat with the personal. service was fantastic. our desserts were also beautiful. all additional touches were fab. I couldn't blame. I would highly recommend this restaurant. that was our first time we had our Christmas dinner and I would go back tomorrow. thank you for making our Christmas day so unforgettable."

"Two of us ordered liver and onions from specials, but when ordering told they can't get the liver at the moment. So why on menu!!1 Another guest ordered battered halloumi with salad and chips, but also had a long hair in!!! They did replace meal but no offer of refund!!"

"For family members birthday we are a very large family, so needed 6 tables, everyone really enjoyed eating (obtrusive such a large group, there is in the rule one that moans) the atmosphere was great, personal was very attentive and nothing was a disturber for them. love it"
