"Awful experience! We stayed 3 nights. Towels extremely dirty with foot marks and stains on it. The doors were so loud and during the night you were awake because of they noise of it from the hallway. The young receptionist guy with glasses was disrespectful as during the full paid breakfast that we took he didn't want to give us another 2 slices of bread as it says we have 2 per breakfast! That's why we paid extra for full and not standard!!!! And in another day, as it says in the room the breakfast is till 11 am, going down in the restaurant at 10:30 am, they said it was closed, and open just till 10 am. Și basically the information from the room was wrong and you can just starve even if you see the personal eating in front of u. Also, another receptionist said because it was the last day, they couldn't do anything about it, if we would've staid another day, they could've made an exception and prepare us breakfast!!!! what!!! Very disappointed!"

"Visited here for breakfast with my friend so we could have a pickup. We were quickly served and the staff was friendly and helpful. They had been harvested from hash-browns for the breakfast packs, so offered us the choice of extra bacon or sausage (I really don't like hash-browns, so this was so much better anyway! You have an offer where you pay £1.25 for a hot drink and you get unlimited refills that is a lot (I personally recommend the hot chocolate . The place was clean and tidy and I would certainly visit again perhaps for lunch next time!"
