"I feel like I wasted my money and I'm so disappointed. I was craving a breakfast bagel sandwich and a taro smoothie so that's exactly what I got. Unfortunately, I couldn't even finish it. I swear everything tasted expired; the cheese, egg, and the sausage. Although the customer service was great and I hear the donuts are good, I will not be going back."

"I give it 4 stars. The portions are smaller from the previous owner but priced higher. The fish doesn't have alot of batter like before. And lacks some seasoning but it was made within 10-15 min when I was used to 30-40 from the last owners. I can't wait to try their new item on the menu"

"I came to try out this winchells for the first time last night and I did not much care for my experience. The person that night had terrible customer service, they were not serving the entire bagel selection so my friend and I settled for a doughnut. The doughnut had to be one of the worse doughnuts I've had, I don't know if you'd even be able to call it a doughnut. It was completely dense, hard, and the only thing saving it was the immense amount of sugar it had. We were very disappointed in this place and really looked forward to it. May try it again but not any time soon"

"The food is pretty good. But the conchas are ridiculously good. I purchased some today and at first they didn't look so apealing (looked kind of burnt) but they were the most fluffiest softest conchas I have ever tasted!"

"I bought a brot with jalapeño and saw a cheese, it had a hair in the brot. I went back to the bakery and when I arrived, the dame saw me and ignored me. I cracked the bell, and they gave me an appointment. I have my money back, but with bad men, without apologies or something. I didn't wish anyone a bad thing, but she could give me a better service. I would never buy from here again."
