"The last time I was here, the food menu was completely different. Unique, good quality, and worth the money. This time around, the AR landed short of the mark. Menu was basic, cocktail list was basic, overall, for the price of everything, I wasn’t impressed. Maybe covid has really impacted this restaurant, but not one thing stood out or impressed me this time around. Hopefully once everything goes back to normal, the AR will become what it once was"

"Underestimate You're not just this place as a pizza joint. First, the pizza speaks for itself with delicious, crispy airy crusts and unique topping combinations. The turn comes with the bar offer. I am personally a bourbon drinker and was surprised that they had over 30 brands in stock, but also the quality selection for other cocktails focuses on this place. I'm a bit of a food and drink type and bartender John was very well informed about his craft. The place has a great mood to start or finish the night!"

"This place has it all! Cooks know what 's up, and produce some exceptional food, especially the specials. This place is full of history. The old man will tell you anything about the Rivertown area, and how it was when he grew up there. He 'll also tell you about the glory years back in '97 when the wings won the cup along with any famous athlete or figure that 's come through the bar. A couple of the bartenders are pretty darn good looking too. Whether you 're into guys or girls this place has a bartender for you!"

"Dessert Oasis in the middle of Capital Park is a great spot. This place has it figured out! It's enormous with large windows so you can peep outside but also retreat in the corner and get some much needed work done. The baristas are awesome and welcome you in with a smile, and beautiful latte art! I would stick with coffee drinks here with their in house flavors ranging from vanilla to honey to lavender, it hits all the spots. Their matcha is good, but not what they are known for. They also roast their own beans so if you're into black coffee, you're in the right place. Their pastries are good sweet and savory not their standout but definitely satisfying! A great spot in the city where you'll be sure to find a seat to relax and get your Java on"

"One of the best restaurants I've ever been to was amazing. It is located in the shinola hotel building so that the bathroom is shared with other restaurants in the hotel, but it is very nice and clean. We had a reservation for 6 and they mistakenly gave us a table for 4. They did it on us by giving us two reviewers on the house where amazing. We ordered a variety of appetizers and they were all incredible, especially the lamb balls and the Focaccia Barese. The ducks were also very good, from ravioli to pizza and ribeye. They were all very good and fresh. Remember, the menu often changes every few months, so the same stuff cannot be available. The service was great, and I will definitely come back after how great the food and the server (Ibrahim) and managers were."

"In the midst of a pandemic this incredible establishment went above and beyond to provide a great birthday celebration for my husband and his team of Detroit special ops officers. The food and service were both amazing! They're covid safety protocols were great! I have been here before tonight and hope to be back for many years to come! Please come out and support this fantastic restaurant. Keep it going during this difficult time!"
