"Drove past this place, so glad we gave it a try. Italian dessert bar with a nice selection of drinks and gelato. Lovely service! The tiramisu sundae was the highlight, bursting with flavour! This will be our new go-to for dessert."

"Great food, great vibe, and great staff! I strongly recommend the curry fries, but the cheese burger is really good too. We got there just after they opened for the night and the bartender was really accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back sometime."

"I thought I had already written a review, however when I came here to thank you for the outstanding service last night, I noticed I hadn't left a review yet. So I'm doing it now. We have always had excellent meals from BSM. Couldn't fault it. BSM will always be one of our favourite restaurants! However last night I was impressed yet again. We ordered take away and when I arrived to collect it, your lovely staff apologised that it was not quite ready. This was totally understandable. One quick glance around the room and down the stair case, it was obvious the restaurant was bustling. I didn't mind waiting, of course. I love that this restaurant is busy! But your staff went the extra mile. They offered me a table to wait at, and not only that, they brought me a drink and some prawn chips to snack on while I waited. Wow. I love you guys!!! Keep up the amazing work Jules Will!! Not only do you serve fantastic food, but you have a team that rocks! And thank you to your staff for being so lovely. I truly felt like I was in Bali getting the complete Balinese experience with how caring they were. Xo"

"The worst experience of our lives wish Tony never sold this they need to change the name as they are giving him a bad name poor food quality and very rude customer service telling customers its there fault for ordering that they should know better when the stuff should learn when doing catering they should ask questions will never order again from there such a dissapointment"

"Had a very good Berry Delicious Smoothie here. (Not as icy as some places offer Glad I can buy a child size! Cost A$6.90 They also offer bowls of meals and lots of treats, balls, slices lots of vegan. Pleasant service."
