"We recently spent a week in Hereford and ate at a number of restaurants but Mediterrane stood out for us.Anyone who looks at their website and reads these reviews will know that it's an unpretentious place with a lovely, gregarious chef/owner but eating there, I wasn't expecting the best meal I can honestly remember eating anywhere!Of course these things are subjective and when I saw the ingredients in Chicken Casablanca, I knew it was to my taste, but I truly can't remember enjoying a dish more.The restaurant is well named as it really did transport us to one of the many similarly unpretentious restaurants where we have eaten on various holidays around the Med. Highly recommended and our only disappointment is that we won't be returning to Hereford in the near future so will not be able to repeat the experience."

"Delicious and fair prices! the two women who worked there are super nice and very friendly. I can really recommend this place! especially if they need something big to satisfy their hungry likes after they just arrived in pula 2 hours ago! but let me warn you. it's getting kind of creepy to eat this because the size of her meal is just a huuuge! but that is completely in order, at least if they would ask me to make a sacrifice that I am willing to. try the chicken thing. it's great! enjoy your meal."
